The book was published in 2007, thus stops at a time before that. Her writing, like her perceptions about life, is sharp, insightful, and full of joy. However, towards the end it gets a little light and fluffy, if I may say so. Go look if you want to play.

Great material. Would recommend this book to other Techs for informational purposes.. I was curious enough and interested enough after reading the book to check that out as of updates "today". For those unfamiliar with Hume, this book will provide a useful introduction and resource. But don't expect the usual in-depth O'Reilly detail of many of their 600 page Unix or even Windows tomes.
