It does NOT, however, mean flavorless. Like all of the Friends of ED books, this one seems to have excellent logical, step-by-step chapter organization. The writing was good. I know we're all really jazzed about the Tron sequel and all, but was this typographic homage to 80's era futurism really necessary?

Worth a look, but borrow someone else's copy if you can.. Back to the future!!!. Chapter quizzes, self tests, photo cropping examples, crossword puzzles, and more really make this book stand out. so good. The author seems afraid to write a simple sentence, often choosing instead to join independent thoughts with a comma, creating run-on sentences. The book has sections on beading, making insects, and how to embellish. Or how about Odin who cares so deeply for the welfare of humanity that he gives up an eye in order to discover the means to protect them from a coming Apocalypse?
