My 'part' which wanted to lose the weight became 'Betty Boop' and she was to my right and wanted me to be 'sexy, happy, healthy' and the higher level was 'to be all that I could be.' When I was discovering 'Betty,' there was a tickle to my left shoulder which I ignored. Read it. The final product is the best "holistic" guide to crisis management I've ever read. What adds icing on the cake, although not totally a surprise, is that at some point after the book was published, Fantino ultimately was elected as a member of parliament in Canada.
Net-net: An interesting perspective for anyone who may have interest in these topics in Canada.. Short and useful. However, it was less about his life and more about his philosophies and views. Instead the majority of the present volume is devoted to an intellectual account, a life of the mind. While this does use a lot of information from HtCE, it seems t
