It could at least have included the two most common phrases used in Radiology: "Take a deep breath and hold it." followed by "Breath normally". Excellent coverage of analytic techniques in 20th century through the 1950's. It took a while to get into the depressive state we have found ourselves in; it will take some time to re-train ourselves to start thinking more adaptively.
But if you have the will, desire, and the discipline, this book will not disappoint. He thinks Johnson had something to do with putting up barricades at he the last minute. He used the three-phase (pre-crisis, crisis, post-crisis) model as a foundation after comparing it with other more robust models.
Because this was published recently (2012), the examples were current and memorable. However, I thought the story lacked depthit just seemed a little 'one-note' to me. Parts of it are quite challenging for a general reader, but Heinrichs writes so well and provides such helpful background inform
