It is a calendar that hangs on the wall and has the months and days in the proper order.
What more could I ask of it?. John Budd brings into focus something that is not always looked at in the employment relationship. The stories help to illustrate the topics and are really interesting. But if you understand 80/20, you should read that kind of book 5 times and you can be nearly certain that you'll get 10X your time investment back every single time.
When Richard starts getting philosophical near the end about this applying to relationships and whatnot, don't give in to the temptation to think he's over-reaching. You'll never understand it all by just reading one book (or by just reading, period). Note however that Gentzen systems are being pushed further all the time to handle arithmetic theories, though these still might be less elegant than their counterparts. 80/20 is fractal!
