Please note, this is not reflective of the seller, shipping and condition were great.. I wish I was taught this when I took lessons, it majorly helps KNOW the notes, something I was able to fake and just get by. Favorite characters are back, although not all of them. I recommend it to everyone.
I was provided a free copy of this book for review from Island Press and Net Gallery. To be a Learner one must often "empty his cup" before trying to learn something else. I had this calendar for 2015 and liked it a lot. Too bad it's not in print. The stories interweave commercial, medicinal, economic, and social roles played by plants over time, however, it can be a bit disorganized and jumpy at times, and you occasionally find yourself thinking, "so what's the point of this paragraph?"--a better editor could have tightened this up.
