The main female character was unrelatable for most of the book. Go look if you want to play.

Great material. For those familiar with Hume's work, this book will provide few surprises but is very useful for its broad coverage and identification of important themes in all of Hume's work. It's old and freaking cliche. Book was almost great. Business libraries need this!. Sex was the usual. I didn't fall in love with the Hero Tyrone or Heroine Synnovea as I do for all of KEW characters. Much of it is as enjoyable as a good history book, and Kinsman makes his love of "private science" (the individual thought processes by which scientists make their discoveries) apparent. The townspeople kill anyone who comes through. I could totally see a kid thinking they know what bad touch is now and a predator convincing them that what they are asking them to do is not bad at all, just something a "friend" does with another "friend"..
