Charles P. "Pat" McKeague earned his B.A. in Mathematics from California State University, Northridge, and his M.S. in Mathematics from Brigham Young University. A well-known author and respected educator, he is a full-time writer and a part-time instructor at Cuesta College. He has published twelve textbooks in mathematics covering a range of topics from basic mathematics to trigonometry. If you are like me, you have spent tons of time reading the literature on schizophrenia from the earliest treatises on Dementia Praecox by Kraepelin in 1896 and Bleuler on schizophrenia in 1911, through, for examples, Arieti (1955), Bateson (1956), Meehl (1962), Kety, Rosenthal & Wender (1968), Kendler (1982), Erlenmeyer-Kimling (1987), Andreason (1996), Weinberger, (1997), Gur (1998), Nemeroff (2004). And note, these were all bespoke, custom made, hand tailored for the customer. This books is almost useless because all of the difficult tasks that I need more illustration (pictures), and details do not exist. There is much to learn from reading the book. Big lack in this book.
Also, while I appreciated the detailed descriptions of hormone therapy considerations, I would hardly call their view "unbiased."
