But if you are looking for a structured program to help lead you out of depression step-by-step, this book isn't it.. The Book has Quizzes at the end of each Section at which the correct Answers are reviewed at the end. On the positive side, the author certainly does dark very, very well. Amazing stuff. I read a short story by this guy in Thriller. I was a bit disappointed in this book. This book is GREAT! It is by far the best book of it's kind that I have seen out there.
