As both a student and professional of crisis management and communication, I have read countless articles and books on the topic. lol

This book is JAMMED with information along with tons of excersises and tasks, quizzes and checklists to follow along and do. If you know nothing about LinkedIn, you may learn a few things but you would learn more using Google.. This audio book was really inspiring for me as it gives an overview on the NLP exercices in a simple way and adding a more spiritual dimension with the quantum approach. In addition to being a fascinating read, it is also a warning for us to keep in mind the ways we can influence the outbreak of diseases. His story telling conveys the most complex thoughts in very simple ways, which is, of course, the supreme test of all writers. Before my first slow reading a couple of years ago, I knew many of the well-known approaches and techniques Elias lays out and explains in this wonderful book. 80/20 is fractal!
