I really appreciated the unique scripts with spiritual overtones. He can't connect with anyone, trolling bars for a fling isn't working anymore. A beautiful, healing book for those interested in incorporating eastern teachings with western hypnosis methodology. One is Hume's consistent pursuit of literary fame, though literature in this context includes his philosophical and historical work. He never seemed particularly interested in getting himself, or remaining 'fix'd' in some stable way of life. Zoey knows how to make a scene in a book erotic, pleasurable, hot, steamy, and most of all you can picture yourself in the book, and with the characters of the story. Much of it is as enjoyable as a good history book, and Kinsman makes his love of "private science" (the individual thought processes by which scientists make their discoveries) apparent.
