After reading Teri Hein's "Atomic Farmgirl" I feel that I have become very familiar with the rhythms of life played out by those Lutheran wheat farmers.
They love God, each other, their way of life and the land. For those unfamiliar with Hume, this book will provide a useful introduction and resource. Especially since it’s cost to Prime customers is $0 if downloaded to your Kindle.. The introduction is a bit uninteresting, focusing on how we should view Hume - as philosopher or man of letters. But, it has a lot of basic knowledge about metals, and their makeup that are well defined. I bought this for my husband's Kindle Fire and his biggest complaint was that the book referenced several illustrations but there were none on the Fire - what's with that? In any hardcover or paperback book the illustrations would have been close to the reference which helps to understand what the author is talking about. Going through this wonderful DR book brings back so many memories for me. T
